Kate has today appeared in a video message, which was recorded before her pregnancy was revealed two weeks ago today, to launch a national mental health campaign.
The 35-year-old has not been seen in public since the announcement as it emerged she was suffering from severe morning sickness which blighted her previous pregnancies.
