Yoga instructor Tiff DeLancy, 30, said inviting little Nora into the birthing pool has created a "sacred bond" between her daughters.
The birth was filmed by their family friend Elaina Francis, 31, and the footage captures how the family were all involved when Violet was born on 28 October 2015.
Nora, now four, can be seen splashing her dad Topher, 29, and even swallowing some of the pool water.
