Chanco, from Japan, had a full head of hair when she was born in December last year - leaving her parents stunned and her locks have grown steadily since then.
Video posted online today shows the child's hair being cut and styled at an age when many babies barely have any at all.
Chanco's parents have been sharing photos and video clips since May, amassing a huge following.
Pictures show the baby in various poses and with clips, ribbons and other accessories in her hair.
The latest post is a video showing Chanco looking unperturbed as a man cuts and styles her locks as she is held by her mum.
Within hours the video had more than 10,000 likes.
Viewers told how they were stunned by the baby's massive head of hair.
Some refused to believe that her locks were real.
One user wrote: "This cannot be real!!"
Another added: "Way too cute! I hope @babychanco that all your gorgeous hair wasn’t cut off! You’re beautiful!"
