The 31-year-old Russian model is on the cover of the latest edition of Vogue Espana. And to celebrate being back in the spotlight, Irina has posed naked - having given birth to daughter Lea on 21 March.
With celebrated fashion photographer Mario Testino in command of the lens, Irina is striking a pose for Vogue wearing an oversize leather jacket and a plastic covered dress on the cover.
Once inside the issue, however, Irina is posing again in the jacket - but seemingly wearing nothing else.
Further images show the model showing off her incredibly toned body while wearing nothing but a hat - with her lady parts covered by her own well-positioned hands.
Irina - who had her baby with boyfriend of two years Bradley Cooper, 42 - has proudly showed off the images on Instagram.
